Everything You Need to Know About Our Policies

1. Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit is required prior to or on the first appointment for all custom oral appliances (Further details in Health Summary Form provided to patient)

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • Patients are requested to provide at least 24-48 hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Policy:

  • Full payment is required upon collection or delivery of the appliance.
  • Payment methods accepted: cash, credit/debit card and other approved methods.

4. DVA & TAC Patients:

  • Patients covered under DVA or TAC should bring relevant referral/eligibility documentation.
  • Payment and deposits are processed according to the scheme guidelines

5. Appliance Care & Responsibility:

  • Patients are responsible for the care, cleaning, and safe storage of all appliances.
  • Repairs or replacements due to misuse, loss, or accidental damage may incur additional fees.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality:

  • All patient information is kept strictly confidential in line with privacy legislation.
  • Records and treatment details are securely stored.
