Owned and Operated by Dr Kyara Zeibekkis, a passionate Dental Prosthetist and supported by our Business Manager Betty, our team combines expertise, creativity, and personalised care to ensure every dental appliance is custom-made by us for comfort, function, and natural aesthetics.

Kyara Zeibekkis is a passionate and highly skilled Dental Prosthetist with years of experience in dental technology and prosthetics. Her journey began with an apprenticeship in a dental laboratory, alongside completing a Diploma of Dental Technology at RMIT University, where she developed a strong foundation in dental materials and custom dental solutions.

Following this, Kyara completed the Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, during this time, she treated public patients, creating custzom treatment plans and taking full responsibility for each step in the process.

Betty brings over 30 years of experience in business and management, making her an invaluable part of Dental Wear Laboratory. She is the friendly voice patients first make contact with, offering honest and helpful advice to ensure every enquiry is answered with care.

Betty supports the clinic directly by preparing each space, ensuring it is a safe, sterile, and a welcoming environment for all patients. Her organisation and attention to detail ensure that appointments commence smoothly, helping patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.

DR. KYARA ZEIBEKKIS DENTAL PROSTHETIST

Kyara Zeibekkis is a passionate and highly skilled Dental Prosthetist with years of experience in dental technology and prosthetics. Her journey began with an apprenticeship in a dental laboratory, alongside completing a Diploma of Dental Technology at RMIT University, where she developed a strong foundation in dental materials and custom dental solutions.

Following this, Kyara completed the Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, during this time, she treated public patients, creating custom treatment plans and taking full responsibility for each step in the process, ensuring every dental appliance not only looked aesthetically pleasing but also functioned perfectly. Her dedication and skill were recognised with an Achievement Award from RMIT University for outstanding patient care and for serving as a leading representative for two consecutive years.

Kyara is passionate about dental prosthetics, combining her love of hands-on creative work with a commitment to improving her patient’s smiles and confidence. She particularly enjoys designing cobalt chrome frameworks, crafting dentures tooth by tooth for a natural and seamless look, making custom mouthguards for all ages, bringing peoples unique ideas and personalities to life.

As the owner of Dental Wear Laboratory, Kyara personally handcrafts every appliance, ensuring the highest quality without outsourcing. She also shares her expertise as a Demonstrator at the University of Melbourne, teaching first-year dental students the foundations of dental materials and techniques for creating successful removable oral appliances. Dr Kyara’s approach is personal, attentive, and warm — she takes the time to listen to her patient’s wants and needs, building trust and creating dental solutions tailored to each individual. Her ultimate goal is simple: To help every patient “Wear Your Smile With Confidence” she loves seeing the joy and assurance that a beautiful and functional smile brings.

A qualified Colour Specialist, Betty has a fantastic eye for colour tones and shades, understanding the foundations to create the perfect finish. This skill is invaluable for Dr Kyara, as Betty assists both the practitioner and the patient in selecting tooth shades and assuring that it complements the patient perfectly. Her expertise has consistently helped achieve natural, harmonious results that enhance every smile.

Passionate about oral health hygiene and prevention, Betty provides guidance on dental care products, helping patients maintain their oral health long after they leave the clinic. Her approachable, attentive, and dedicated nature ensures patients feel supported, confident, and comfortable throughout their experience.
